MBK and MSK November Month In Review

The November Month in Review Video for the My Brother's Keeper (MBK) and My Sister's Keeper (MSK) programs is an exciting look at the recent events and experiences that these programs have provided for young people of color.

One of the highlights of the video is the visit of Poly High School to American Airlines, which was sponsored by the American Airlines Black Professional Network. During this visit, the students were able to learn about the airline industry and the various job roles involved in keeping planes flying. This experience gave the students a unique perspective on potential career paths and allowed them to see firsthand what it takes to succeed in this field.

Another exciting event highlighted in the video is the Northside TCU Field Trip. During this trip, students had the opportunity to visit the TCU campus, attend a college football game, and learn about the college application process. This experience provided valuable insights into the college experience and helped to prepare students for their own futures.

Through these types of experiences, MBK and MSK are helping young people of color to build valuable skills, explore new opportunities, and prepare for successful futures. By connecting students with inspiring mentors, educators, and professionals, these programs are providing valuable resources and support that can make a real difference in the lives of young people.

Overall, the November Month in Review Video is a powerful reminder of the important work being done by the MBK and MSK programs. By providing mentorship, education, and opportunities for growth and exploration, these programs are helping to create a brighter future for young people of color across the country.
